The building at 8 E. Ninoshvili street was originally the "Nino" Soviet sewing factory. It was once a lost and forgotten part of the historical district. Today, it stands as a symbol of renovation and reinvention. We revived the structure, keeping the striking old-meets-new attitude and massive scale while turning it into a popular urban hotspot.

The current ecosystem includes the biggest hostel in the region along with private artist-designed Apartment Style Suites. The space houses a dedicated co-working area, educational institution, and various urban-style cafes and shops. Everything revolves around the massive open-space courtyard, which hosts ever-changing one-off events and creates synergy between everyone in the building. It is a complete environment where you can work, learn, and live in the center of Tbilisi culture.
